Talk: Information. Awareness. Understanding. £140

I hour presentation including questions and discussion

Do you need colleagues to understand what’s going on and to empathise with staff in perimenopause and menopause?

This talk covers all the facts and figures about menopause but also the particular ways in which perimenopause and menopause cause problems in school. We look at how we can address those challenges - how people can help themselves, colleagues can be supportive, and how the school can help. This discussion can reflect your menopause or wellbeing policy or any other guidelines you wish to share. We also discuss barriers to healthy conversations about menopause and how we can have easier and better conversations.

Questions can be e-mailed in advance of the session and discussed anonymously if preferred.

A handout with key information and advice from the presentation will be provided to the school after the session. This can be customized to reflect the concerns of the staff present.

A recording of the presentation will be made available to members of staff for a term.
